Facilities
Cleanliness, comfort and easy accessibility are of the highest importance to us at Barnham Manor.
Our cleaning team work to the very highest of professional standards, ensuring that Barnham Manor will always be scrupulously clean, smell fresh, look bright and welcoming and be hygienic and tidy throughout in both rooms and communal areas on a 24/7 basis.
Rooms
We have 28 rooms, including four double rooms. All residents' rooms are extremely comfortable and have been fitted and fully equipped to the highest of standards in order for them to maintain as much independence in their day to day lives as possible within our secure and caring environment.
All of our residents are encouraged to bring along their favourite ornaments and photographs so that their room becomes much more than just a room to them but a very personal and familiar space where they can always feel at home and be comfortable.

Social Areas
Barnham Manor has a contemporary, spacious and bright lounge that has large windows overlooking our fully landscaped garden, giving everyone a spectacular view of them, including our garden fountain, throughout the year. This gives the residents a very visible and tactile sense of the changes that come with each of the four seasons of the year.
Our dining room is next to the lounge and provides both a functional and stylish eating area. Both of these rooms are multi-functional and can be partitioned, if required, to provide two different rooms. This means that our residents can take part in a number of different social activities within the same area.

Our Garden
Our fully landscaped and easily accessible garden is the perfect place for our residents to take a peaceful walk and to enjoy the fresh air and beautiful surroundings it provides.
We have made it a very personal and informal area with plenty of quiet places for residents and their guests to sit in and chat without being disturbed.

Mini Bus
Barnham Manor has a 8 seater minibus that is not only used to take residents for doctor, hospital and other appointments but also to facilitate days out for residents to local places of interest or just for an invigorating drive in the countryside.
